To ensure the transformation of developmental local government by strengthening municapal institutions that will be responsive to the needs of communities.
Functions
Promote good governance and sound municipal administration.
Enhance governance through public participation, intergrated development planning,rapid response and stakeholder management.
Oversee municipal Operations Management, Employee Relations and wellness and Human Resources Planining and Development.
Manage and co-ordinate district operation services.
