The monitoring and facilitation of effective municipal administration
The overseeing and monitoring of municipal compliance to HRM & D and labour relations policy frameworks
The monitoring and facilitation of municipal finances
The overseeing of the process of co-ordination of the evaluation and assessment of local government capacity
The monitoring and evaluation of the provision of municipal support and perfomance management system
The provision of information Technology and System support and intergration services to municipalities
